tip nk DELETE stress:

  • kalo kowng tgk meja ofis kowng serabai, cpt2 la kemas. sb kowng leh ke idup dgn tmpt serabut. so amalkan KEMAS selalu
  • kalo kowng x puas ati dgn bos, pikir je positif. yg penting senyum.. sb aper yg byk membebel nnti confirm die penat an. so bagi je die penat dlu.
